What Makes My Sessions Different?

Understanding your body: Before we begin, we discuss your concerns, relevant history, and goals. I use interactive 3D anatomy software when helpful to explain the structures we're discussing and how they may relate to your experience.

Individualized hands-on care: Your massage is tailored to your needs and responses throughout the session. I draw from multiple techniques, including deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, neurokinetics, and Swedish massage, without charging additional fees for individual techniques.

Education that extends beyond the table: Afterward, we can review what we observed, discuss your experience, and explore practical ways you can participate in caring for your body between appointments. Your booked massage time is spent on the table. Consultations before and after are provided separately rather than being deducted from the massage time you've reserved.
